This team is focused on customer preferences and works hard to deliver on them. We wanted a particular color of Avalon. As we worked with other dealers, our experience was not good ranging from some of them trying to convince us to take a different color car from their lots or, in our worst interaction, being rudely told that the color we wanted was not available and difficult to come by and not offering any kind of assistance. Amazingly, the Cowboy Toyota team found the car immediately and told us that they would have it for us within 48 hours ... and they did! And the interaction with Karen to finalize the sale and our purchase was terrific. She was thoughtful and very focused on ensuring that we understood features and benefits of our new car. Karen's initial contact through e:mail, the in person engagement with us and her contact with us when the car was ready for pick up were terrific. She has a wonderful, engaging personality. Easy Car Purchase Toyota Tundra I had been to several lots and done many internet searches, with no one able to meet the price on an equal truck, before contacting Cowboy Toyota. All I had been to several lots and done many internet searches, with no one able to meet the price on an equal truck, before contacting Cowboy Toyota. All the hard work of finding the right vehicle and price was done over the phone and internet with Karen Schlatter before we ever came in. The truck purchase was for my son, and he orginally wanted the crew cab style, which Karen worked had to find the specific specs he wanted, then he changed to the double cab style. She found several trucks that he liked but before we ever went in, with the specific truck he was going to purchase and the price were decided upon. No haggling in the dealership, just straightforward pricing and competitive enough , that as a Costco memeber, he came to Dallas from Houston to purchase the truck. He even asked what we were able to do to get the price a few thousand less than other dealerships, he had tried to negotiate with. He had orginally started out looking at used cars to get the price and payment he was comfortable with. but Karen was able to work with the late model used car market and she helped him to see his payments would be similar with a new car as a used and he could put all the miles on himself. The overall experience was great and Karen Schlatter made it easy with most of the work being done well before we got there and he got what he requested in a truck. When we went to the dealership the process was only 2 hours including test drive, and financing. Thank you Karen and Cowboy Toyota for the great experience with my son's first new truck purchase.
