We had recently been discussing changing our vehicle and were wavering between the 2014 Highlander and Avalon. We ultimately decided on the Avalon, as my wife has her eye on the Highlander. We had been taking our 2002 Highlander to Shelly in the Service Center for over ten years, and on her recommendation, we met with Liane in Sales. From the start, she was very warm and helpful, she only wanted to know what our needs were. She was honest about her opinions and really guided us through the process. She was never pushy or rude at any point, including discussion of purchase price. Liane was very professional and made the entire process very easy. We have both been with car dealers where we just wanted to walk out mid deal—Liane is not that car dealer. After the purchase was made, she spent almost an hour with us in the car, helping us get familiar with all the technological advances that have come along in the past 12 years. When it comes time for us to buy our next car, we will definitely be looking for her!! More

What brought me back to buy my RAV4 was the fact that two unrelated people that I know recommended it. Liane, my sales representative, was wonderful to work with. She was personable and relatable. She wasn't pushy or overbearing at all. I was quite satisfied with the price and terms we negotiated, and love my new car! I also really appreciate the ongoing care.
