Had to trade old, but happy to get a new I just wanted to thank Mr. Ryan Cochran (Service Dept.) and Ms. Andrea Carrington (Sales) for their assistance during a stressful period (which I won I just wanted to thank Mr. Ryan Cochran (Service Dept.) and Ms. Andrea Carrington (Sales) for their assistance during a stressful period (which I won't get into, but a lot of it was caused while dealing with another service company). I owned a 2009 Toyota Corolla; however, the transmission was about to give out and $5,000 wasn't going into a 10 year old car. I appreciated the patience and diligence of Mr. Cochran, who then went on informed Ms. Carrington of our needs. Obviously, I felt comfortable buying my first vehicle from this dealership and have no regrets. I look forward to having a relationship with this dealership! P.S. Thank you too, Mr. Cannon!
