She was very trustworthy, and I always felt like I was in my comfort zone. Her estimated final price was precise as negotiated. My experience was swift and painless as she made the process very easy. Among some of the unique qualities, she pointed out differences between each vehicle by comparisons in the paper and also physically in the car, described the maintenance, features, functions, etc. from the book. She provided excellent suggestions and services on my financing inquiries. She went above and beyond on providing me with coffee on a freezing day and also snacks as I was getting hungry. In conclusion, she is a stand out example of how a dedicated salesperson can give car buying a hassle free fun experience. More

Chris went through the CarFax with us and everything was very above board. The price was a bit above our budget but the management was able to meet us in the middle at a good price. Since they had got the car traded in with only one fob Chris went through the trouble of contacting the previous owners to see if they had the other key fob. Even though they didn't I still appreciated the effort! More

Incorrect paperwork, 2 weeks of delays, went dark on status requests Purchased a 2019 Tundra TRD Pro - the service from sales and finance was awful. Incorrect paperwork, 2 weeks of delays, went dark on status requests for 4 days. The worst experience I've had with a car dealership and this should have been the easiest for them - we negotiated quickly over email - all they had to do was send the paperwork correctly and load it on a carrier. But it turned into 2+weeks of me chasing them. The sales rep was non-apologetic and unprofessional. More
