Usually I get anxious upon arriving at a car lot. I usually feel like prey amongst a sea of vultures. But Cowboy Toyota was the complete opposite. We found our vehicle online and dealt the entire time with one person - Karen Schlatterer, a fleet manager. She didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need. She listened to our needs, and we walked away with a vehicle way better than we ever thought we could buy for a price we could afford. Karen is proof that not all dealerships or sales people are created equally. Cowboy was the second Toyota dealership we visited. The first one was not a good experience. We were lied to several times and the sales manager was more interested in playing games with us than selling us anything. Karen is the exact opposite. She's not interested in selling you what you don't want. She's interested in selling you what you do what at the price you can afford. She gets it and as a result, she got our business. It was that easy. No games. No back and forth with the sales manager haggling prices. She's sweet, personable, knowledgeable and quite honestly, a breath of fresh air. We had already negotiated the price, so it was a quick process. Billy stayed as long as needed to go over the vehicle options and answer any questions. There were a few scratches that I noticed after I got home and saw the vehicle in the daylight, but Billy was on it. That was taken care of promptly. Billy filled up my gas tank since I had to make a trip back to the dealership. This was a great car buying experience and I would recommend Cowboy Toyota. More
