I was in Dallas for business meeting and had limited time. I called the week before my trip and Scott Henderson and Richard Breaud worked magic. Scott found and had ready for me a Rav4 with 4WD (not a common thing in TX from what I can tell). Richard had to research the Maryland taxes and title fees and how to make all that work. When I arrived from the airport with my bags in tow, everything was ready to go. After the purchase, there was a hiccup with the MD DMV needing more paperwork, but again the Cowboy crew came through - your titling office could not have been more accommodating, even long distance. I had the awesome Caitlyn Sauter as my sales rep, I told her what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and what kind of car I was looking into, we looked at colors and what other goodies the car had to offer!! She was able to locate the car and we took a quick test drive by then I was SOLD. LOL. The car was amazing I feel in love.. So we talked numbers and while she went and did paper work, David Thank You For Your Service By The Way kept me company talking about the Army while his customers where in signing there papers. Caitlyn came back said my paperwork was ready I was in and out maybe within a couple of hours.. I'm just going to say this experience was so much better then my last experience NOT Cowboy Toyota..
