Easy Car Purchase Toyota Tundra I had been to several lots and done many internet searches, with no one able to meet the price on an equal truck, before contacting Cowboy Toyota. All I had been to several lots and done many internet searches, with no one able to meet the price on an equal truck, before contacting Cowboy Toyota. All the hard work of finding the right vehicle and price was done over the phone and internet with Karen Schlatter before we ever came in. The truck purchase was for my son, and he orginally wanted the crew cab style, which Karen worked had to find the specific specs he wanted, then he changed to the double cab style. She found several trucks that he liked but before we ever went in, with the specific truck he was going to purchase and the price were decided upon. No haggling in the dealership, just straightforward pricing and competitive enough , that as a Costco memeber, he came to Dallas from Houston to purchase the truck. He even asked what we were able to do to get the price a few thousand less than other dealerships, he had tried to negotiate with. He had orginally started out looking at used cars to get the price and payment he was comfortable with. but Karen was able to work with the late model used car market and she helped him to see his payments would be similar with a new car as a used and he could put all the miles on himself. The overall experience was great and Karen Schlatter made it easy with most of the work being done well before we got there and he got what he requested in a truck. When we went to the dealership the process was only 2 hours including test drive, and financing. Thank you Karen and Cowboy Toyota for the great experience with my son's first new truck purchase. A Very Joyful Car Buying Experience Before I went to Cowboy Toyota, I almost placed an order for a Sienna at a dealership near to my home. That sales manager came out and asked for $50 Before I went to Cowboy Toyota, I almost placed an order for a Sienna at a dealership near to my home. That sales manager came out and asked for $500 more. That deal was broken. My friend introduced Karen Schlatterer to me. It was a very good car buying experience. As a Costco member, Karen provided me all necessary documents and explained all options to me for decisioning. No price game. No hassle. No push from her to buy any options. I like her service style - frank, honest, responsive, and being your car buying assistant. At the time to pick up my new Sienna, my car was ready with full tank of fuel. Karen went extra mile with me to help me get familiar with car features even including pairing up my cell phone, my home address in navigation system, and gas station price comparison. New Car purchase My experience was full of surprises. I was drawn to Mr. Schultz because he was up front, friendly, not over powering, and did not play games with me. There was no pressure to buy and no confussing auto jargon. I was impressed that I did not spend a lot of time in their facility like most places. As a matter of fact, when I went to turn in paper work around 2:00pm, I left in my new car the same day right after 5:30 maybe. I was so stunned because my credit was not the best, and most places I have been to simply do not listen to my needs for my family because of this. They usually try to put me in the smallest unreliable vehicles with 4 children. Robert did listen. I was a bit disapointed that I could not afford the car I wanted, but I was open to the car I now have.I felt comfortable knowing Robert's wife has a Camry, and my mom had one years ago. I know they have good reputations for being safe, comfortable, and reliable. I like the idea that when he spoke to me about the car, he was being honest because he,his wife, and daughters have personal satisfaction experience with the Camry. If he can put his family, the ones he admire most,in this vehicle, then I can trust his judgement and buy one for my family as well. He even drove with me to turn in my rental car, and assisted me in adding the car to my current insurance carrier. My Camry is a great car for me and my family at this time.
