He isn't pushy which I really appreciated.. I was on a time crunch and he got me out driving the car off the lot at the time I needed to be out! We had many laughs:) I requested all the numbers in advance so that I would know more or less if I could handle a new car payment and he helped me keep my payments at the same!! What brought me back to buy my RAV4 was the fact that two unrelated people that I know recommended it. Liane, my sales representative, was wonderful to work with. She was personable and relatable. She wasn't pushy or overbearing at all. I was quite satisfied with the price and terms we negotiated, and love my new car! I also really appreciate the ongoing care. Ask for Scott Henderson - HE'S THE BEST! My husband and I went into the dealership to ask some questions about my 2013 used Corolla that we had bought 10 months ago at another place. Well, Mr. Scott Henderson was the first person to welcome us and from the very first moment this was an amazingly wonderful experience! He answered all our questions and then began answering all of our concerns. To make a long story, short, we got out about two hours later with a brand new 2014 Corolla, a much better and more beautiful model than the one we had and we will continue to pay EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT as we were paying for the older used car!!!
