From the very beginning Karen Schlatterer was professional and easy to work with. Through-out the entire process she went above and beyond to find the vehicle we wanted. She offered to deliver our new vehicle to my home address free of charge since we live in Frisco and it is a long drive. Karen and COWBOY Toyota made this an easy and great experience. Mike in the Finance department also did a great job at meeting our needs. We got a great price and good terms and friendly customer service. Exceptional Karen is no doubt one of a kind that can not be found at any other dealership anywhere. This is my second Avalon that I have bought at Cowboy Toyota. Karen is no doubt one of a kind that can not be found at any other dealership anywhere. This is my second Avalon that I have bought at Cowboy Toyota. I was in an accident May 15, 2014 which totaled my first Avalon. On Saturday May 17th I was calling Karen at Cowboy Toyota to find a new Avalon just like the first. By the end of the day she had located 3 within the state of Texas but she had to wait until Monday to speak with the other dealers. Karen hesitated with these cars due to the possible mileage that may have been on them and began another search. By Tuesday she found an Avalon coming into port by the end of the week and put a hold on it for me. We completed the final deal with accessories and I picked up my new car on Saturday. There were a few items that were over looked on the car but Karen remedied these hiccups immediately. The entire process with Karen and Cowboy is like no other car buying process my husband and I have ever had. We highly recommend Karen and Cowboy to our family and friends who are in the market for a Toyota. It is to bad they don't sell other brands.
