I appreciate when your sales person listens to your needs and where your payment needs to be. I don't like it when there is all the back and forth between managers and sales people. This is the first time that I did not have to go through that and they were not trying to get one over on a less than great credit rating. They worked hard on getting my payments where I needed them and selling me the vehicle I wanted, not one that they tried to push over on me. This is definitely the best dealership I have ever been to hands down, and I have been to several in the last 25 years. More

On Tues Nov 5th I called Cowboy Toyota to find out if they had any 4Runners on the lot to look at. My husband and I had just started looking at new cars, I had driven suburbans and tahoes for years but d they had any 4Runners on the lot to look at. I had never owned a Toyota but had noticed them on the road so decided to take a look. Fortunatly for me Liane Mann took the call, she invited me out to the dealership to look around. I went that day and spent a couple of hours with her exporing her inventory. She sat in one of the 4Runners with me showing me how everything work. She was friendly and informative, I never felt rushed or pressured. She assured me that if what I wanted was not on that lot she would find it for me. I left that day with lots of information to process. I returned the following day with more questions which she answered. I left the dealership and called my husband to let him know what I had found. He ask me to call Liane to see if she would meet us about 6pm so he could take a look, I felt bad because I know that would keep her really late but she was more then willing. Long story short we left the dealership that night with my new 4Runner. Liane made every step of this experience exceptional. She had my car appraised and got us a fair trade-in, she then turned us over to Felanna Davalos the finance manager who got us and exceptional interest rate. Felanna explained everything clearly and thoroughly and had all the paper work done in a matter of minutes. What a pleasure these two ladies made our experience. Thank you Cowboy Toyota More

I had asked for help and she came to the rescue. My Toyota Sienna had been dropped for service and found out that it needed lots of work for it to run properly. And, I desperately needed a vehicle for my wife. In matter of minutes we set a schedule time for us to see what could be a good fit. AND less than 2 hours we are driving a pre-owned vehicle!!!!
