Kenneth Green & David Carpenter seem to not understand the premise of "internet sales", which any tech savvy person would use for time and price convenience (They offered neither). We made a couple of attempts, one of which was in response to an email from David the internet sales director. They couldn't/wouldn't even give us a price. This is the first time I have ever encountered that from a delaers online department. Every conversation was "call/stop in, let us see what we can do". #1 I dont have the time #2 That's not internet sales, it's "slick car man 101". I expected better from a Toyota dealer in this day and age, especially with the rating they seem to have. Oh well... More

The entire process was done via email which was sooooo easy & I was even able to negotiate a price with him which is very difficult if not impossible to do on a brand new Prius. I also live 3 hours away in Austin, and Robert was able to schedule delivery of the car to my home for a very reasonable cost.
