Liane was wonderful! My first communications with her were over phone and email, and she actually brought in a new Prius for us so we could have the color we wanted. But she didn't bat an eye when we decided to postpone our purchase or when we eventually chose to go with a different configuration. And price negotiations? Non-existent! She gave it to us slightly below invoice price without any back-and-forth. Cowboy Toyota is an older dealership without all the high-gloss pizzazz of the newer dealerships, but they make the car-buying experience as pleasant as possible in the ways that really count. More
