Pros: My salesperson was David. He is a very personable guy. He was knowledgeable about the cars I looked at, and he and the other staff were professional and courteous throughout the sales experience. T guy. There were a few hiccups with delivery of my vehicle that were outside of Cowboy Toyota's control, and David went out of his way to make it right. Cons: Their initial quote on my vehicle was (hilariously) high, but we eventually met at what I felt was a fair price based on the research I did beforehand. There was a sprinkling of textbook car dealer pressure sales tactics. but compared to other places I've been it wasn't bad at all. Do your research before you go, but this is a very good place to buy a car in Dallas. It was relatively painless compared to dealers I have used in the past. I would certainly do business with them again. I would recommend David in particular. More
