There was no hassle, no hidden agendas, no false numbers to deal with, Mr. Houston stated everything concerning the sale "upfront",... before a deal was agreed upon. He was kind, polite, and very honest, these are the qualities of selling a new, or used vehicle. 3) Friendliness showed by all of the staff that I dealt with, (Sales: Rodney Houston,... Patrick Ogbeide provided the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. He quickly dispelled every negative stereotype the public associates with auto sales. Patrick went far beyond the usual level of service to insure that every detail was handled to my satisfaction. It's the first time that purchasing a vehicle was actually a pleasure rather than a stressful experience (as it normally is). What a refreshing change! Also, Billy Goss took more than an hour to explain to me how to use and enjoy the features and benefits of my new vehicle. If only my high school math teacher had been as patient and as good a teacher as Billy, my SATmath scores would have been higher! We, my husband and I, took our late model Camry for the standard service maintenance on a Saturday. After we checked in my husband suggested we walk around the lot and look over the new autos instead of s standard service maintenance on a Saturday. We wandered around towards the front of the dealership and Doug came out to greet us. We explained that we were just biding time and he gracefully gave us our leave. As we made our way to the Camry area I spied a very classy looking white XLE with a big bright 0 % interest painted on the windshield. I tried to casually seem interested in the other red, blue, gray, Camrys around it, but didn't succeed. Just kept coming back to the white one. Guess I pretty much camped out on it because Doug came out, we talked, I decided why not test drive since we have nothing else to do while our's is being serviced...Long story short, I loved it, I love it, and I'm sure I'll love it for years to come. It was a little hard to trade in the sage green one, absolutley nothing wrong with it. I was perfectly happy with my Camry, but this one had new gadgets inside, a dash with style(stitched), and a sun roof! Camry is like the original, genuine mid-sized luxury car anybody can afford. You can't beat 0% interest for 5 years! More

My situation was a different than most. I was not even looking to get out of the truck I was in, I loved it. However, I was involved in a collision and had no choice.
