Cowboy was one of 2 that easily started speaking in real pricing terms without any of the usual dealer foolishness. Now I have to admit that this dealerships location sort of put me off - don't let that stop you. Think of it as an opportunity as I think they realize they do have an impediment and are willing to work to make up for it. Once it became clear that Patrick and Chris were willing to deal directly and honestly I took the plunge and took them up on the offer to come to my work location to evaluate my trade. They met my price and exceeded the best I could get from closer dealers - even the last bids the local threw me as they realized they were losing the deal. Moreover I need to mention that Patrick and Chris made closing the deal amazingly simple. I went down there to 'ground' my trade - expecting the usual horror of dealing with the financing guys trying to hard sell me on various warranties and other add-ons. It was nothing of the sort. We were on our way out with a Cowboy Toyota supplied loaner within 20 minutes of my wife concluding a final test drive. They delivered the car with my accessories added to my home just a few days later. It was the most painless car deal I can remember and I know I got a good deal too. More

Cowboy Toyota had nine pages of 2012 Corollas listed on their website. I requested a quote on a model I was interested in and received it promptly with two alternative vehicles as well. Before making the trip to see the car in person I called to make sure it was still available. Had to leave a message. Hours went by and I called again. Had to leave another message. Hours went by I called and asked to speak to the inventory manager and had to leave another message. Hours went by and called again and was asked to leave yet another message. Instead of leaving a message I asked to speak to any sales representative. One finally came on the phone and advised me that they had no 2012 Corollas available. The website still has nine pages of 2012 Corolla inventory on it. Won't do business with this dealership. More
Excellent experience dealing with Liane Mann at Cowboy Toyota. She very direct about price and was price competitive at very first of negotiations which I liked very much. Did not feel I was dealing with someone who was trying to get every penny out of the deal possible. I liked the "lets get down to the bottom line here" attitude without having a take or leave it or arrogant attitude. Felt initial offer proposed by Liane over internet was very reasonable and led me to believe a final deal could easily be worked out within price range I wanted to achieve. Deal essentially closed by Liane through second internet e-mail with a short 3 sentence discussion and attachment of the vehicle detail description. First follow up phone contact with Liane left very favorable impression. Liane was very easy to deal with regarding options and final price. Liane was very responsive to all questions and always timely in response or follow-up. Very good sense of humor and pleasant personality. On day of closing office staff preparing paperwork was very efficient and pleasant and quick in getting work done after long drive. Sales across state lines is very doable if dealing with people like Liane and office staff. This was our second car (Avalon)purchased from Cowboy Toyota via Internet and I would definitely buy another from same dealership even though I live in Oklahoma. May again be interested in fall of 2014 to purchase another similar Avalon so keep in touch with best offer for a repeat customer. Mark your calendar Liane. More

We took care of most of the process over the phone so we got there at 7:30 and even with a test drive and all financing options were still headed home by 8:45 with the perfect car at the right payment for us. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I did all of the research ahead of time. He responded quickly with the list price and an "internet offer". The price was right on target. When I went in, Billy was unavailable; so I was assisted by Liane Mann. Liane was very friendly, down-to-Earth, and genuine; I did the deal on the spot. After the initial sale, Billy took great care to make appointments for touch-ups on the paint and additional installs I requested. He also took the time to show me how to use all the features on the vehicle. My partner and I will be purchasing a second new car soon. We already know that it will be a Toyota; and we know exactly who we will be buying from. More
