I was in the market for over a year and a half, and Dee took care of us and it was done like that. She will be the person we purchase our cars from for a very very long time. Been to a lot of dealerships took care of us and it was done like that. She will be the person we purchase our cars from for a very very long time. Been to a lot of dealerships and purchased a lot of vehicles. This is the best finance department I’ve come across, not only that but they are extremely kind people. Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your dealership regarding the attempted purchase of a Tucson Hybrid. After thorough discussions wit my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your dealership regarding the attempted purchase of a Tucson Hybrid. After thorough discussions with your sales (Rachel) and finance team (Logan), including a verbal agreement on pricing, I received confirmation that the dealership would honor the agreed-upon terms. I engaged in good faith, completed all necessary steps for financing, and was prepared to finalize the transaction based on your team’s assurances. However, to my surprise and disappointment, your team abruptly ceased communication. Later, I received a message stating that my manager had informed him that he would not sell the Tucson Hybrid for the agreed-upon price. This reversal not only undermined the agreement we had reached but also caused undue inconvenience and confusion. Furthermore, without concluding the transaction, your dealership initiated two hard credit inquiries on my credit report, actions typically reserved for finalized or near-finalized purchases. These inquiries have negatively impacted my credit score, despite the dealership’s subsequent failure to honor the agreed-upon price. This conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership’s commitment to transparency and ethical business practices. I respectfully request the following: - A written explanation of why the dealership failed to uphold the agreed-upon pricing and why the offer was rescinded post-approval. - A resolution regarding the unauthorized credit inquiries, including assistance in removing them from my credit report. - An assurance that such practices will be reviewed to prevent similar issues for future customers. I initially found a car advertised on Cars.com for $38,299. However, upon calling the dealership, the price was immediately inflated to $41,000. This misleading advertisement was upsetting from the start. Despite this, I had a pleasant conversation with a female representative over the phone. Yet, the very next day, when I chose to move forward with Regional Hyundai - Broken Arrow due to a transparent and upfront conversation with their salesman, Keven, the Norman Hyundai representative called me back. When I informed her of my decision, she abruptly hung up on me. This action was not only incredibly rude but also completely unprofessional. To advertise a false price, and then to rudely disconnect a call when a customer chooses another option, is unacceptable. My initial frustration over the bait-and-switch pricing was compounded by this disrespectful behavior. More
