We had been shopping for a vehicle (on the internet)that is easier to enter and exit, as we are aging. I am over 70, my wife not far behind, and we also wanted the advanced safety features to help prolong is easier to enter and exit, as we are aging. I sent an E-mail on Saturday to Norman Hyundai to see if you had that vehicle so we could look at it. “Kindley” called me back, almost immediately, and asked if we could come in and talk to “Tavion”. I said that we couldn’t come in until Monday morning. Kindley set us up an appointment on Monday at 11am with Tavion. Tavion contacted me, also, on Saturday to get more information as to what we were looking for, and answered some of my questions. We agreed to meet on Monday. On Monday, Tavion was able to show us the Tucson Limited (as that one had all the safety features we wanted), but didn’t have it in the “hybrid”. Tavion said that he could find us one, with the colors we wanted, but we had an afternoon appointment. He said he would call us. Tavion did call us, because he had found our car, and we agreed to meet Tuesday at 11am. During our visit on Tuesday, we found out that Tavion had come in on his day off. That was very considerate of him. Tavion showed us the car, on paper, and it was exactly what we were looking for. “Bob” helped us with the paperwork, and explained all the features and costs. When we agreed that that is what we wanted, and signed the dotted line, Bob started the purchasing paperwork. “Logan” then came and provided us with the information on the warranties, giving us the peace of mind with our purchase. They had to bring the vehicle from off site and detail it for us. Tavion brought the vehicle to our house on Wednesday and showed us the many features. It was just what we wanted. We are very impressed with the facility, the service department, and the employees. Everyone was helpful before our visit, during the decision process, during the purchase process, during the delivery of our Hyundai Tucson Limited, and the follow up calls the days following. We are looking forward to visiting the service department. We not only bought our vehicle at Norman Hyundai, we also bought a dealership. We are looking forward to buying our next vehicle at Norman Hyundai. More
