Generic copy-and-paste responses don’t change the facts. Your own salesperson admitted the finance department wanted to talk me into financing through you, despite me making it clear from the beginning that I had my own financing. You wasted hours of my time, refused to provide the paperwork I repeatedly requested, and lost a guaranteed sale because of your own incompetence. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and providing the text messages that contradict your response.

The vehicle purchased was a pre‑owned 2016 Hyundai Veloster, and—like all used vehicles sold at Norman Hyundai—it received a standard inspection prior to sale. However, with a vehicle of this age, mechanical issues can still arise after purchase even when no problems are present at the time of inspection. When the oil leak was reported, our team worked to arrange assistance and evaluate the vehicle. Any request to meet partway was based on logistics, not an attempt to place you at risk. We understand your concern and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Communication with dealership leadership is handled through our internal channels, not through public platforms.
