My wife and I drove to Great Neck from Islip after being introduced to North Bay by John through a cold call about inventory. John was courteous and attentive to our needs from the get go, he had expert knowledge of the vehicle, worked well with the numbers, and made the deal happen in an efficient and professional manner. Furthermore, when we came to pick up our SRX the next day, John made sure to have the car ready based on our tight schedule, acclimated us efficiently and effectively to our new ride, and even personally buffed out a smudge my wife had found on the side view mirror grabbing a rag and polish from the service shop!
