When we came into the showroom looking for a 2012 Buick Regal for my wife, we were greeted by Jeff Weber. He was courtious and friendly and more importantly he was knowledgeable about the 2012 Regal. My wife was undecided about the little things, like color combinations, etc. and Jeff's patience never wavered. Frankly, his salesmanship, after numerous phone calls and two return trips to the showroom, finally closed the deal. When we picked up the car, he did a splendid job of going over all the details with my wife, so she drove away totally happy with the car she had choosen! I have been buying or leasing GM vehicles for forty years and continue to be a loyal customer. I currently own the 2012 Regal, a 2011 Equinox and a 2006 Pontiac G6. I rank Jeff as one of the best salesman I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. I would also like to compliment Megan Soroka for the expert way she handled the financing for us. Chase told us we couldn't get a better deal anywhere, especially at a car dealership, but Chase never met Megan Soraka! More

I had purchased a new 2012 SRX4 with luxury package and Nav from Mr. Carlino at North Bay Cadillac. The dealership and its staff were really nice. The inventory was elaborate with many trims and colors to choose from. I bought the SUV after two visits and the vehicle delivered the car next day as discussed and promised. Upon entering North Bay Caddilac, I was greeted with a big smile from the receptionist. As I was viewing the cars John O'Grady introduced himself and began to explain the features of the Caddilac CTS. Mr big smile from the receptionist. As I was viewing the cars John O'Grady introduced himself and began to explain the features of the Caddilac CTS. Mr. O'Grady was courteous and answered all of my questions; however, not being certain I left the dealership that day. Nevertheless, during the next week Mr. O'Grady called me to explained some new promotional deals with the CTS and offered a test drive. After test driving the CTS Mr. O'Grady worked out a purchase deal that I could not refuse. I love my new CTS. More

Just leased a Cadillac CTS through North Bay Cadillac. Salesman was Alfonso Carlino. I found Alfonso to be very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and honest during the entire leasing experience. He was a Salesman was Alfonso Carlino. I found Alfonso to be very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and honest during the entire leasing experience. He was able to assist me in working out a fair price on a lease on the new Cadillac and end my lease early on another vehicle from a different manufacturer. I returned several times to the dealership to test drive and talk about price. Each time Alfonso was great in answering questions and at no point did I feel any sales pressure. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone you trust when making a major purchase. I felt very comfortable from the start to finish. I will continue to use Alfonso on future car leases and will recommend him to anyone interested in obtaining a Cadillac. Great job Alfonso! I love the new CTS! More
