TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was due for a free oil change per my extended warranty. I booked an appointment For June 6 and brought my car in the night before. I called them about 3 times on Friday, and every time I received the message that the people in the service department were busy and they would call me back. it turned into Saturday and I still hadn't heard a word from their service department. I call again and get the same message. I tell them that I am still waiting to hear back from them, and I don't even know what they were doing with my car. the customer service person assured me that someone would call me before they closed on Saturday. well THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. They are closed on Sunday. Monday I had to hitch a ride to work from my coworker because I did not have a car. I received ZERO CALLS from them all day Monday, June 9. I call at 3pm and I get the EXACT SAME runaround that I received the previous two days. I call the person who sold me my car. he says they are short staffed. I get it but NOBODY has called me about my car AT ALL for 4 DAYS. did they give me an oil change? did they look at the axle like I requested? I don't even farking know because they WILL NOT CALL ME. I am being duped. I foolishly spent my money on this 'warranty' and now they're making it impossible to have it honored. congrats, you win. This place is absolute garbage. Terrible car service and even more terrible customer service. IDGAF about the hundreds of positive reviews they have here, don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else. More
DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! I got my car here two years ago , and ended up needing to get serviced through THE WARRANTY that I purchased through them! And guess what , my car st I got my car here two years ago , and ended up needing to get serviced through THE WARRANTY that I purchased through them! And guess what , my car stayed in the entire same spot for 40 days , and Arielle (the service manager) Who works under Miguel, stated that my car is going to get serviced and he communicated with my warranty company and that everything is ok ….well every week I try to get ahold of someone to give me updates and answers , no one would answer the phone. The phone would ring then they would forward me to voicemail. Finally get a hold of Arielle and gives me his cell stating he’s the one servicing my car…well we come by after I speak to my warranty company myself , Arielle hasn’t reached to them but once!! In the entire month my car was sitting in blizzards not even moved or checked! This is what I get for paying 4,000$ warranty from north coast auto mall….STAY AWAY! yet alone the front desk man , Christian who said to me “yeah sorry I can’t help you I’m the little person that works under little writing” …terrible , lazy men that just don’t want to do their job while they’re getting paid. a zoo is ran better than this dealership. Take your money to companies that are worth your time and money. North coast auto are FRAUDS! I will be telling everyone to never come here. More
