BEWARE OF BUYING AND FINANCE TACTICS Let me start by saying my credit score is above 720. Which is not the best and not the worst, but with no outstanding debt, 20 year employment history Let me start by saying my credit score is above 720. Which is not the best and not the worst, but with no outstanding debt, 20 year employment history with the same company, 5 years residence, never a repo or any bankruptcy in history and without any agreed upon amount, length of term, and a very clear instruction to not proceed without my approval not only did they run my credit report but they sent it to my bank who in return sent me a denied letter stating the reason (EXCESSIVE TERM REQUESTED). This is a tactic to get a person denied from their lenders so they can present their financing options to the poor guy who feels he cannot use his own lenders. This is not only a dirty business approach it also has a very negative effect on my overall score, due to the denial. Here is how this went down: I came to this dealership because of a vehicle I saw on line. I had a trade that I wanted to trade in on the one I was interested in. I was there for a very long time completing paperwork. They took my car put it on their lift went through the entire vehicle. After a good 3 hours of simply wanting the final amount including my trade, I could not wait any longer. I explained that I had to leave. I called the salesman later and we were not able to come to an agreement on the number. I told him that he knows what I am looking for, what my trade was valued at and what the range was I am willing to pay. I am not happy at all about this and I am currently in the process researching how this has effected me. More

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID THE PLAGUE. We drove 1 1/2 hours to experience the following: 1. The salesman Joel took 20 minutes to find the car we came for. Then after he couldn't find it We drove 1 1/2 hours to experience the following: 1. The salesman Joel took 20 minutes to find the car we came for. Then after he couldn't find it., he asked me & my daughter to hop in his car & come help him find it because 'we have so many cars to sell, I can't seem to find the one you want'. So we have to find the car that we want to test drive because he is so unprepared. 2. After we finally find it, Joel tells us to 'just take the car around town' he doesn't need to come with us'. So basically we're on our own without anyone showing us the car. 3. After we return, he is sitting at his desk WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. He then totally ignores the other customer and asks us 'So what's the next move?' Great customer service :). 4. As we leave, the 'manager' Miguel says, 'If you decide to come back, I'll make it worth your while for driving so far out of your way;', tells us he will call us (without even asking for our number) then bids us farewell. 5. The internet liaison Tiffany asked me via text for the VIN of the care we were interested in...Really? This is your car, I have no idea of the VIN. In summary, this place is a car sales factory run by people who's focus is on getting the most people through the dealership as possible with the least attention to consumer care & concern.. As we were waiting for our salesman Joel to find our car, Miguel, the 'manager' was on the phone haggling with other dealers on getting inventory into the dealership while a customer was standing next to his phone waiting for service,. Please do not waste your time going to this place. More
