finance person lied to my face about loan fee and didn't take off service contract and GAP fees like I told them to. I didn't want or need that stuff. I went to this dealership on a Saturday with the intent to buy a 2019 Audi A7. I was met by a female salesperson who offered to help me. Before we got started she told me I was required to fill out a com to buy a 2019 Audi A7. I was met by a female salesperson who offered to help me. Before we got started she told me I was required to fill out a complete form with all my information so they could "talk to me about the car". I had no intention to finance the vehicle through the dealership. After filling out the form and taking the car for a test drive I was intent on buying it. When I returned to the dealership after the test drive my salesperson was now dealing with another customer. I was told to wait. After waiting for some time I approached the sales manager who said they were working on the deal as we spoke. I waited around longer but no one approached me. I asked the sales manager for my vehicle's key back three times before he finally returned it to me. I felt he was keeping it hostage so I would not leave. After about a 45 minute wait I left. I got two follow up calls days later after I had called to inquire about the car again. I ended up buying another vehicle from a different dealership. I would never shop at this dealership again. I purchased my vehicle February 2023. OMG, the dealership was fantastic. NCAM Akron made the purchase of the vehicle so much fun. He was very respectful, honest, straightforward, fun and good.The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. But the person that was outstanding was MIke. When l did not want to come in again because the numbers and interest rate did not match "my bank account", l received a call from Mike. He stated that l should come in so that we can talk. I have never talked to him before, and this is after one week l eft the dealership. Mike was very good, knowledgeable, funny and did whatever it took to get me into my Mercedes with an outstanding rate and pay. When l left the second time, he called me and even got me better rate than l thought. Mike you are simply the best in car buying. If Mike did not call me back and persisted in his call despite how many times l could not make it to their office because of work and pointing out things that l did not know or see the beauty that Mercedes l would not have purchased this vehicle today. Mike made it possible. Thank you for getting me into my Mercedes and needless to say that l love it. NCAM Akron team, you guys rock. More
