I would give zero stars if i could! They are scam artists. I was working with Emily to purchase a vehicle (out of state). She told me I had to do Lemon Squad for out of state purchases They are scam artists. I was working with Emily to purchase a vehicle (out of state). She told me I had to do Lemon Squad for out of state purchases and assured me over and over that the vehicle would be held for me because I ordered the Lemon Squad. I was ready to buy without it. I even asked her if I could put a deposit to make sure the vehicle was held. She told me it was not necessary and assured me again that the vehicle was mine. I submitted all my financial documents for the purchase. Then they turned around and sold the vehicle after I placed the order with Lemon Squad and got my financing started! And they would not refund my money, i had to chase after Lemon Squad to get my refund. Now they have my financial information to do who knows what with. Terrible business, scammers! More

They are dishonest and prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. My experience with them has been nothing short of chaotic and disastrous. I am deeply disappointed in their actions. My credit took seven inquiries to be approved, but I was unable to utilize the approval due to the greed of individuals like Mark and Rose, who were dishonest with me. As a result, I am left with nothing, as I had previously stated. I am not angry; I am merely profoundly disappointed. More
I recently got a car from North Coast Mitsubishi and the buying process was great. But the service department sucks. Took my car in for a routine oil change and they messed up my front bumper. Showed me and buying process was great. But the service department sucks. Took my car in for a routine oil change and they messed up my front bumper. Showed me and said they would fix it, but never told their managers what was going on. The only reason the managers knew was because I told my finance company about it. When I went in to see if they got the bumper they never even ordered it, the service side that is. Finally 2 weeks later I call them and the bumper came in, but they never called me, I called them. Asked when I can bring my car in and get it fixed and said they would give me a car to drive while they fix mine. We'll they gave me a car and it was on E and had trash in it. Just dropped the whole ball if you ask me. So just very very disappointed with the service side and take what they say with a grain of salt now. Makes me not want to deal with them anymore. And I'm just talking about the service side. More

I recently purchased a vehicle at North Coast Mitsubishi in Akron. The vehicle did not have an owner’s manual, so I had to call the office to explain my need for the manual. I talked to Brian, one of the cu in Akron. The vehicle did not have an owner’s manual, so I had to call the office to explain my need for the manual. I talked to Brian, one of the customer service sales reps. He listened attentively to my complaint and anxieties I about the owner’s manual, talked to his supervisor and found a way to help me. In less than an hour I had my manual in hand. Brian was excellent!!! The amazing thing is he was willing to help me, and he was not even the one who assisted me in purchasing the vehicle. I really appreciate how he systematically handled my problem. People like Brian are a blessing to any establishment. Thank you, Brian, for being so helpful. More

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with them you will regret it just as I am. I came to this dealership because This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with them you will regret it just as I am. I came to this dealership because their prices were lower than others around. Come to find out it is because they purchase vehicles that have been in accidents. The car I purchased started to make a noise in the front end. I contacted them and brought my car in 2 weeks after i purchased it. (I noticed the noise before then but life happened and it took me a few days to get the time to figure out when I could bring it over and call them). They wanted me to pay to fix the car. I should not be responsible for paying for it as I had just bought the car. It wasn't until I noticed that they voided the extended warranty that I had purchased and brought to their attention that they were willing to fix it. I talked to a manager and he assured me that my warranty was fixed, but it wasn't I had to call multiple times and it still wasn't getting fixed. I brought my car home after they "fixed' it and it continued to make the same noise. I took it to my mechanic and they found what was wrong. Called the dealership to let them know and they told me that when my car left 4 days prior there was no safety concern and would not fix it correctly. I had to call the main manager to get it handled and they decided to fix the issue. I finally had my car fixed so i thought, I drove my car after they fixed it and did an alignment and the alignment was off. Took it back and waited another hour and a half on top of the 2 hours i had already waited. I then found out when i questioned how much longer as i needed to get home to my kids that the computer system they have to use for a Chrysler was expired. So that tells me that it was not done right to begin with. They finally say they have it finished and sent me on my way. My steering wheel is still off and has to be turned slightly to the left. I refuse to bring my vehicle back to these incompetent people. I will wait for my warranty to come into effect to finish getting my car fixed by a shop that has never done me wrong. It took me about a month for them to fix my warranty but it took me having to drive to the dealership to get it situated. I drove back and forth to this dealership multiple times It was a 40-minute drive one way for me and it took time out of my day on multiple days not to mention the amount of gas that I had to use to come here about 5 times in order to get things resolved. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They also don't like showing people the Carfax's too probably because they know that they're scamming people. They don't seem to care about the concerns of their customers until they start to get angry. More

I told them several times my maximum amount and they continue to spam my inboxes with vehicles out of my price range. I wouldn’t buy a $5 car from these people. Learn to tell the truth, maybe honesty will get you father than the lies you spew to your customers. Do your research people, I wish I would’ve before ever dealing with Northcoast! More
