I had made 2 appointments to make a personal visit, but unforseen circumstances interfered I visited the website and was initially contacted by Trent. Trent didn't pressure me, he sent me occassional texts regarding sales and to inquire if he could assist me in my vehicle buying decision. Not good not bad. Strange salesman. I'm happy with my car, got a 13 Kia optima with 30k miles. Salesman didn't show car fax to us until after I started paperwork which is the only thing I'm happy with my car, got a 13 Kia optima with 30k miles. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is as follows: I test drove the vehicle on Sunday, spoke with them scheduled to come pick up the vehicle and do paperwork on Thursday after work. When we got there did paperwork etc, the vehicle had not been detailed and gas tank was empty.. that said I can bring it back to get it detailed, but that is proving to be difficult with my schedule and the fact that I am almost an hour away. I felt this was not the best customer service. They knew I was taking the vehicle they should of had the detailed and the gas tank full and ready to go.. This was my only issue with them!! Other wise they are great people to deal with!! More
