Great Job Guys! I called in after filling out my credit application and spoke with Nate the Sales Manager. He was so diligent about finding me a car and was so friend I called in after filling out my credit application and spoke with Nate the Sales Manager. He was so diligent about finding me a car and was so friendly. When I came in I worked with Trent who was just as kind and accommodating. We shared puppy stories - he made the time go by quickly. Lastly I net with Joe in finance who was - again - just as kind! I could have hugged them all! On top of it I’m getting the car I want the payment I need and an opportunity to improve my credit! More
Bad customer Service So on nov 5th i gave northcoast auto mall in akron $24000 for a vehicle i wanted. They gave me a we owe you for new tires and a couple trim pieces to So on nov 5th i gave northcoast auto mall in akron $24000 for a vehicle i wanted. They gave me a we owe you for new tires and a couple trim pieces to be ordered. When our paperwork was first done i noticed the wrong vehicle and vin on the paperwork!! So after 7 hours at this dealership we finally were on our way. Fast forward to almost 4 weeks i still have no tires or anything else that was supposed to be ordered. Now lol they were also supposed to pay off my trade in and guess what? Not paid still and now i have a late fee. Unreal. I buy alot of cars but let me tell you never had such a poor experience. More

Followed up on customer service I visited the website and was initially contacted by Trent. I had made 2 appointments to make a personal visit, but unforseen circumstances interfered I visited the website and was initially contacted by Trent. I had made 2 appointments to make a personal visit, but unforseen circumstances interfered. Trent didn't pressure me, he sent me occassional texts regarding sales and to inquire if he could assist me in my vehicle buying decision. Well he was the person I asked for when I walked in the door. Now I'm driving out of the door in a new-to-me 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. Thanks for his persistant customer service. More
Not good not bad. Strange salesman. I'm happy with my car, got a 13 Kia optima with 30k miles. Salesman didn't show car fax to us until after I started paperwork which is the only thing I'm happy with my car, got a 13 Kia optima with 30k miles.
