Great experience, customer service needs some tweaking just bought a 2014 jeep from these guys. I had a good experience with them. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is as follows: I test drove the ve just bought a 2014 jeep from these guys. I had a good experience with them. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is as follows: I test drove the vehicle on Sunday, spoke with them scheduled to come pick up the vehicle and do paperwork on Thursday after work. When we got there did paperwork etc, the vehicle had not been detailed and gas tank was empty.. that said I can bring it back to get it detailed, but that is proving to be difficult with my schedule and the fact that I am almost an hour away. I felt this was not the best customer service. They knew I was taking the vehicle they should of had the detailed and the gas tank full and ready to go.. This was my only issue with them!! Other wise they are great people to deal with!! More

Not very personable I was skeptical to write a review at first, as I believe it to be in bad taste. However, I cannot move past the less than pleasant experience. To star I was skeptical to write a review at first, as I believe it to be in bad taste. However, I cannot move past the less than pleasant experience. To start, my salesman was less than personable. As I sat there waiting on the salesman, as I did for more than half of the time I was there, I listened to the couple next to me having a very friendly conversation with their salesman. Where was my warm and fuzzy feeling?? Upon his return and us talking, he seemed to be quit short with me. He did not provide me with much information. After finally coming across a vehicle I was slightly interested in, a seemingly beautiful red cadillac, he hands me the keys for the test drive. The car itself was pretty awful. Dents and scratches on every panel (which is mostly typical of used cars) however it gets worse. A large flake of paint had come off the fender exposing bare metal, the interior center consol had large gashes in it, the clock was cracked and the steering column cover was hanging off the steering column and banging me in the knee as I made turns. How on earth would any auto sales place let a perspective costumer see a vehicle In this condition?? It made me question if they would sell a vehicle in that condition to a customer?? As I returned, we explore another vehicle, which seemed in much nicer condition. I just could not bring myself to decide on a vehicle, in part due to the awful experience with the salesman, who's name I will leave out. In the end, I felt like I was getting things pushed onto me that I really wasn't interested in. I felt like I was just another sale to him. At times I even felt as if I was being talked down to. I believe a salesman should be friendly and informative, eager to answer any questions. I'm not sure I would ever do business with this company in the future. More
