Very happy with my experience The people I worked with were wonderful. The dealer had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He asked me what I thought about the car an The people I worked with were wonderful. The dealer had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He asked me what I thought about the car and never once suggested I SHOULD get it. He was not at all pushy or aggressive like dealers at other dealerships that I worked with. The finance manager continued to call lenders to find the best rate when I wasn't comfortable with the interest rate. The manager helped to make the best deal for my trade in. This is the best experience I have had when looking at purchasing cars. It felt like I was talking to people who wanted to meet my goals instead of meeting their own commission. More

Worst experience EVER! I was driving 3 hours and wanted to buy a particular car with cash. I had called at 1 and made an appointment at 5 sane day. They guaranteed me would I was driving 3 hours and wanted to buy a particular car with cash. I had called at 1 and made an appointment at 5 sane day. They guaranteed me would hold car until I got there since I was leaving and car was available. That was Josh supposedly... Gunar texted me at 2 and introduced himself at 3 said he would see me when I arrived (I told him I was on my way) I arrive at dealer and meet Gunar and he says “ oh no didn’t you get my messages , the car just sold . At 3:57 while I was on interstate after confirming I was in the road he told me car just sold! Yes you heard that right... they knew I was on my way ,I confirmed it and they still sold the car! After all this .. no one seemed to care they said 1st come, 1st serve! Really!!!???? Unbelievable ! More
