DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They over charged me with finance fees and taxes which took several phone calls to get money refunded. I possess paper work that states dealership wi They over charged me with finance fees and taxes which took several phone calls to get money refunded. I possess paper work that states dealership will pay for broken knob for seat adjustment, but they said part was ordered to arrive at my home in 2-3 days never arrived after 2 calls from me to Trent who does not return calls. Then next conversation part would be shipped to local Audi dealership. Did not happen, then Trent promised to call dealership and handle payment for knob and local Audi dealership could order the part. That was in September and now middle of November still no knob and local Audi dealership has even called them 3 times with no results; they are too difficult to work with because of the empty promises. Also think seriously about purchasing warranty from this dealership because they own the warranty company and I am sure it would be same run around. I cancelled the warranty. Leo, the manager cannot be trusted he never returns calls and I have documented e-mails where he changes his story within hours in the same day. No follow through and empty promises. I was unable to get this car inspected in PA because of cracked taillight lens until lens was replaced and Leo drug his feet and only wanted to pay for a used or after-market lens which was never sent to local dealership all the while I am using a loaner car for 10 days thanks to the courtsey of local dealership. I wish I had returned car to the Auto Mall this whole experience has been a nightmare. Also our purchase took over 6 hours and my husband and myself both have 800+ credit scores and my husband did a pre-credit application. More
