He called me before my scheduled appointment to get started on my paperwork so that I'd have less to do once I got to the dealership and he also did a follow up after just to make sure that I was satisfied. The best part was that the whole process was swift and only took a few hours from my arrival to me driving home in my new car. I love the fact that they let me pick what I wanted and they worked hard to get me in my new vehicle.
