Great car buying Experience!! I was looking for a car on truecar site .. and found a car that I liked I emailed Northcoast Automall! I was called maybe a day later by Stephanie Massengale Who was a very personable and friendly sales person and I could tell that from the first phone call To set up a time to come and see the vehicle.. and just like on the phone when I met her in person a very energetic friendly sales person that was not pushy at all it was almost like I was being sold a car from my best friend.. no lie that's how it felt she was very informative And knew her stuff! Everyone that I dealt with was very kind and knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting me a good deal from Stephanie to the big guy trying to get me the best deal he could to Igor in finance everybody was great .. I really wish I would have come here when I bought my last vehicle because this experience was better! I definitely will come back here for my next car and would recommend this dealership to friends! Inattentive, Rude, and a waste of time I found an Audi online that I thought I could afford having run some numbers myself and pretty good credit. Arriving Friday, I test drove the car and I found an Audi online that I thought I could afford having run some numbers myself and pretty good credit. Arriving Friday, I test drove the car and said I would take it if the financing worked out. During the time I was there Moe was attentive and cordial. After giving them my credit information, they mentioned most banks were closed (6:30PM roughly) and they could give me an answer Saturday morning. I agreed and gave them a small deposit to hold the vehicle as I worked Saturday morning. Saturday my phone blew up with Credit Karma reporting 8 hard inquires on my credit. I waited til 3:30 pm and still had not heard from Moe or Ameer, the financing officer there. I called and was told that I would be called back shortly. Having given them another hour I called again and got more non-answers. I drove the half hour to show up in person at about 5 and was told I was stretching my credit too thin/that I couldn't afford the car, however they had one last credit union to check with and they would know more Monday. I agreed and left. Come Monday, I received no phone calls nor texts from any employee of North Coast until calling them at 6pm. More runaround, more "we'll call you right back." I called sales independently and spoke to a different salesmen to get an answer. Lo and behold Moe calls me back shortly after and without a yes or no on the credit union, got "I'm next to the finance guy right now, I'll call you right back" and was hung up on. I texted Moe and asked for my deposit returned. I arrived Tuesday to get my deposit back who cornered by Moe and Ameer who seemed adamant on not letting me leave with my deposit. I was even vaugely threatened by Ameer, quote "I know where you work" after I told him to get out of my face. If North Coast Auto Mall can't return a simple 3 minute phone call or shoot a text saying "Hey we haven't heard yet, we'll let you know tomorrow" then I have no desire to deal with them. More

Won't find a better deal! Drove from 2 hours away for the vehicle we wanted. High volume dealership, which is understandable with the the great prices. Our salesman was not the best, but working with the finance team (Igor) was fantastic- I felt he was very honest and upfront with the deal we could get. Fast forward to the finance office for paperwork- AMAZING. Bonnie made us feel very comfortable and explained the information thoroughly. Initially I had issues, but Igor called me the very next day to ease my mind and explain what I misinterpreted. The gas light was on our vehicle that we purchased, and I asked for gas before purchase and the salesman had the audacity to give me a $5 gift card to Circle K. Having to go to a gas station immediately after purchasing a vehicle puts a bad taste in my mouth, let alone $5 was kind of belittling. Overall-Great deal, process was smooth, I will be purchasing another vehicle this summer, and I know where I am starting my search- NorthCoast Auto Mall, just maybe with a different sales rep.
