Won't find a better deal! Drove from 2 hours away for the vehicle we wanted. High volume dealership, which is understandable with the the great prices. Our salesman was not the best, but working with the finance team (Igor) was fantastic- I felt he was very honest and upfront with the deal we could get. Fast forward to the finance office for paperwork- AMAZING. Bonnie made us feel very comfortable and explained the information thoroughly. Initially I had issues, but Igor called me the very next day to ease my mind and explain what I misinterpreted. The gas light was on our vehicle that we purchased, and I asked for gas before purchase and the salesman had the audacity to give me a $5 gift card to Circle K. Having to go to a gas station immediately after purchasing a vehicle puts a bad taste in my mouth, let alone $5 was kind of belittling. Overall-Great deal, process was smooth, I will be purchasing another vehicle this summer, and I know where I am starting my search- NorthCoast Auto Mall, just maybe with a different sales rep. HE GOT ME INTO MY DREAM CAR !!!! I came into North Coast Auto Mall in Akron and was approached by Moe Alghofari , off bat he was extremely welcoming - As we sat down to review my cred I came into North Coast Auto Mall in Akron and was approached by Moe Alghofari , off bat he was extremely welcoming - As we sat down to review my credit he discovered it was low but gave me hope that he can find me a car ! I explained right away that the car that I want is an Audi - at first he didn't think it was possible but he put his best foot forward and made magic happen ! He got me approved ! He even did it for a lower APR & monthly payment than the 3 other dealerships I went to in the previous weeks. He's extremely professional , honest and right now I'm the Happiest girl ever !! More
