Great service until the sale was done. They were so far up my xxx until my purchase was complete. As soon as the sale was done they ghosted. Great Price, Great Car, Hassle Free I wasn't even looking to buy a car, but I happened to run across North Coast's inventory through Capital One's Auto Navigator. I saw an unbelieveable I wasn't even looking to buy a car, but I happened to run across North Coast's inventory through Capital One's Auto Navigator. I saw an unbelieveable price on my dream car (all of their cars seem to be way cheaper than other dealers). The next morning (Christmas Eve), I went in at 10am and walked out at 11:30am with my dream car. My test drive, trade-in valuation and signing all the new loan documents were done within 90 minutes as I told my sales rep Tony that I had to get to work ASAP. I was promised new tires and wheel refinishing (curb rash and stains on the wheels) and Jim, the service manager, took care of everything as promised the next week. I am normally skeptical about private used car dealerships, but North Coast Auto Mall has earned my trust 100%. I will be going back to see Tony for my next car in 3 years. More

This was my first time buying a car and I wasn't sure how things were going to work out, but Steve had all the patience in the world with me, lots of helpful advice, and went to great lengths to make sure everything went smoothly. To further commemorate this milestone, I have named my kitten Igor. That's right. I have a kitten that didn't have a name and the guy who had me sign the millions of documents claims his name is Igor Radic and that's just the best name so now it's also my cat's name. More

Experience Was Amazing RJ and Amy were really great to work with! They contacted me the next day on the 2016 Nissan Altima that I wanted to see.
