When we came to test drive, Mike had the car ready for us and made the whole process extremely easy. Bob did the financial paperwork, and he was just as open and easy to talk to as Mike. We were presented with some financing options which Bob reviewed, and we did not feel like we were pressured to purchase something that did not fit our plan or budget.
