Pretty forthright. Both Gary and RJ appeared very forthright with their approach to a customer. They were very forthcoming with the information they had on hand and nary an attempt to conceal or hide any pertinent information that they might have. In effect, they offered up information to assist me to come to an informed descision that I had been unaware of. RJ was respectful and fascillitating to offer an opportunity to take the vehicle up to Cleveland to have our mechanic check it out. Bob Haasz with a mountain of paperwork, made every effort to explain the details of our contractual obligations. He did not tempt us into fiscal irresponsibility nor pressure us with extended plans. There is not much room for negotiation at this dealership; but they ask the right question, "can you find a comparable vehicle at a better price?" We could not. I believe, that any reader of this review, should check this place out. More
Blew me off I strongly recommend you do not go to this dealership. About a week ago, I test drove two Cadillacs. Both of which had "dirty" CarFaxes. At first, the I strongly recommend you do not go to this dealership. About a week ago, I test drove two Cadillacs. Both of which had "dirty" CarFaxes. At first, the salesman was very nice and helpful. However, things quickly took a turn for the worst... It took the salesmen 45 minutes to pull the vehicle around. The key fob batteries were dead. Then he proceeded to tell me that the vehicle had only been sitting on the lot for one month - I know that's a lie. Key fobs don't die within a month. By the time they got the vehicle around to me, it was night time. I presume this was to hide all of the vehicle's defects which I spotted many of them anyway. I took the vehicles for a test drive and both were nearly out of fuel. I couldn't test either one out to the extent I wanted them to. By the time myself and my family got back to the dealership, it was near closing. I was not given full attention while they processed my credit application. Once he looked over my application, he was no longer helpful and rushed me out of the door before I was even able to get a response. They hard pulled myself and my co-signer's credit 4 times and never bothered to call me back. He assured me he would call me back by 10:30am the next day. I called them 5 times and was ignored every time. Even if the credit application was denied, I had enough cash on hand to purchase the vehicle outright. My hope was to build my credit but put a high down payment down - but I never expressed this to him as I wanted to see what my options were first. I'd also like to remind NCAM that it is illegal to pull someone's credit and not provide them a reason for denial - which I presume I am denied, or else they would have made sure to return the calls. Unfortunately, due to the way I was treated at this dealership - I will not return to any dealership associated with North Coast Auto Mall. This is not the first time NCAM has ignored me, two other NCAM dealers have done the exact same thing. I was extremely patient with this salesman and polite, and I continued to give him the benefit of the doubt... but I was obviously wrong. I will go to a real dealership next time. Edit: After this review, another salesman called me. He explain that I was denied and that there was nothing he could do for me. I am not upset that I was denied. I am upset because I was ignored. He asked me if I would change the review, and I told him no - because I do not recommend this dealer. After that, he was no longer kind and when I told him why he was upset. He told me there's nothing they can do because they aren't the one's denying credit. Again, it has absolutely nothing to do with being denied - I had the money to purchase the vehicle outright. It has to do with the way I was treated. It is a shame that I wasn't able to get a response until a review was posted. More

Bob helped with the financing. Although I'm happy with the purchase overall I wish I would have gone over the finer details of the loan, specifically some of the charges and fees that were questionable.. it was late and passed closing hours so I didn't take the time that I should have. More

Easy experience I live an hour away so I wanted to do a deal by internet and phone. The internet chat was useless but I called and spoke to Amy and she fwd me to Ro I live an hour away so I wanted to do a deal by internet and phone. I was an out-of-state buyer that committed to a sell sight unseen in contingency that the vehicle was what was shown to me online and over the phone. They upheld the deal arrangement that was given to me over the phone and had me out the door within three hours. The only thing I was not impressed with was the vehicle was delivered to me very dirty inside and there was no owners manual with it when purchased. I had the SUV professionally cleaned (inside) when I got it back to WV. The dealership is sending me an original owners manual for the 2013 Volkswagen Touareg. Over all this was a good car buying experience. More
