I was an out-of-state buyer that committed to a sell sight unseen in contingency that the vehicle was what was shown to me online and over the phone. They upheld the deal arrangement that was given to me over the phone and had me out the door within three hours. The only thing I was not impressed with was the vehicle was delivered to me very dirty inside and there was no owners manual with it when purchased. I had the SUV professionally cleaned (inside) when I got it back to WV. The dealership is sending me an original owners manual for the 2013 Volkswagen Touareg. Over all this was a good car buying experience. More

A Car Dealership worth a serious look , I found a couple cars I was interested in when I did a web search. Pricing was highly competitive. Amy got back to me quickly and responded to my requ I found a couple cars I was interested in when I did a web search. Pricing was highly competitive. Amy got back to me quickly and responded to my requests for carfaxes. When my interest and questions became specific, she referred me to Steve, the Internet Sales Consultant, and he was eager to answer every question completely and accurately. I scheduled a test drive and Amy greeted me, and took me to Meet Steve. Steve knows his stuff. We reviewed three carfaxes carefully before choosing the first test drive. Steve even mentioned a few issues with the cars that did not appear on the carfaxes. I appreciated that. Bottom line--I bought a car. All the folks I met there were friendly, helpful, and interested in answering my questions. I definitely recommend that you check them out if you're looking for a late model used car.
