PLEASE READ!! I know it’s a lot but I feel everyone should know. I have never been/talked to a company that has been so bad to write a bad review but this is my first. I’m just going to write what happened to me you can decide for yourself if this is the dealership for you. 1st- I called about an availability of an f-150 because it was a 1.5 hour drive one way. 2nd- they pulled the truck upfront so I could look it and possibly take it for a test drive. After searching over the vehicle I (the customer) noticed a liquid under the truck so asked to pop the hood. Upon opening the hood I noticed there was no oil cap and oil was spraying out. 3rd- I looked at the car fax and notice there had been 300 miles put on the truck since they have had it but had no idea how long the cap has been missing or test driven without a cap. 4th- I had to call them on an update two days later to ask about an update on getting a new oil cap and if the mechanics found any harm. I didn’t hear back for an additional two days by text. The text stated the truck would “most likely” be ready the next day. I relied thanks for the update please call me when it’s all good to go. 5th- I didn’t hear back for an additional 3 days so I decided to try to contact them again I ended up getting a hold of another sales rep which informed me that they sold the truck or sent it off to auction already. 6th- I knew what was I getting into when buying that truck and still wanted to make deal but they got rid of the truck from under me. I feel sorry for the person who buys that truck cause I can almost guarantee they didn’t tell that person so they don’t know what to look for. 7th- never tried to own up to their mistake just try to sell me another vehicle that is with NO negotiation on prices. Michael Mazur immediately called me back to set something up with me. I had done some internet research, and found a similar car at their Bedford address, and requested that the car be brought to the Akron location so I could see both at the same time. The car from Bedford arrived shortly after I did, but it turned out to be the wrong car. Michael and Joe Palermo jumped through hoops to get the correct car brought down quickly. While waiting for the second car, I browsed the lot and ended up finding the car I eventually bought! Nice play guys! Seriously, Michael was very gracious, straightforward, and explained a lot of things that I was not aware of. Even though the weather was not very nice, the experience at North Shore was - thanks guys! More

She was so kind, patient, and honest. A lot of car dealers try to pressure you into buying just for the sale, but she allowed me to take my time and I am so happy with my purchase!
