We checked out a 2016 black Nissan Versa, with the help of Tyler Smith. My grandparents were very picky with what they wanted in a car for me and Tyler made sure to answer all their questions and address all their concerns, and get us a reasonable price. He was very nice, friendly, and professional and I would recommend him to anyone. More

Best place ive bought a car from I had a unpleasant car accident that totaled my car i had just bought a house and we all know the stress of buying a car not to mention a house purcha I had a unpleasant car accident that totaled my car i had just bought a house and we all know the stress of buying a car not to mention a house purchase . Well my other car was on its way out as well. I went on cars.com and found the north coast auto mall had 2 cars i was interested in the reviews were all great and they were spot on, the staff was all very friendly and my salesmen was Mike Mazur he was very down to earth and most of all honest about everything. I ended up buying 2 cars from him he made the process painless and as fast as possible when buying 2 cars. I was introduced to one of the owners and he was awesome i told him an issue with the car and they fixed the issue on the spot. Best place to get a used car bar none. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AMEER COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This was an extremely shady situation. After I was told the vehicle was mine, they sold to someone else. They wouldnt respond t AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This was an extremely shady situation. After I was told the vehicle was mine, they sold to someone else. They wouldnt respond to me or never even let me know there was an issue. I told them if there was a problem with the financing I would provide my own financing or pay cash. On Saturday, I came to buy the vehicle, was directed to Ameer, he gave me the keys and I test drove the vehicle because he was busy. By the time he wasnt busy, it was 6:30 and they were closing at 7. I gave him my keys to get my trade-in evaluated, and this was never done. He told me we did not have time to complete the deal this evening and he would finish it tomorrow. I told him "no matter what I want it, even if there is no financing that can be done, I would provide my own financing. " He did not take my deposit on the vehicle because he said he was out of forms for the receipt. He told me "You dont need the deposit man, the car is yours." I then sent him my credit app with multiple cosigner options that night (Saturday). Sunday, I drove up to the shop, called and texted him multiple times with no response. The same thing happened Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday evening I noticed Sale Pending on the website, i texted Ameer and he said that was probably for me. I have never seen someone so badly not want to make money. The whole situation was shady. They called me this morning and said they sold the car to someone else. I told them I do not know how this was possible. I cant believe a place would operate like this. I want this made right. I didnt need to be screwed over when trying to make a purchase at this establishment. More
