Great experience! Love my new car! I had my initial contact with Tyler Smith after finding a car I wanted to check out on the website. Tyler listened to what I was looking for, and pin I had my initial contact with Tyler Smith after finding a car I wanted to check out on the website. Tyler listened to what I was looking for, and pinpointed a vehicle that was in transit to the dealership, due to arrive within a few days. He initially did not bring that vehicle up as it was over my desired price point, so he was quite respectful of my needs. Tyler promised to text me as soon as the car arrived, and he did. We set an appointment for the next morning. Tyler allowed me to take it for an extended test drive while I allowed a trusted mechanic to inspect the car for me to make sure I was making a wise decision. After confirming everything I knew the car was, it was time to close the deal. Tyler partnered with the finance department (Bob) and got me the interest rate I wanted, a lower payment than I asked for, and I left with my new car that day. A pleasant experience with a salesman with integrity and a desire to help customers meet their needs...not his own. Highly recommended! More

More Than What I Expected I went to North Coast Auto Mall looking for a car to get me back and forth to work. I do not have the best credit so I figured I was going to have to I went to North Coast Auto Mall looking for a car to get me back and forth to work. I do not have the best credit so I figured I was going to have to settle for whatever car I could be financed for. After working with several banks I walked out with an amazing car and a very affordable monthly payment! I absolutely loved the salesman Tyler that helped put me in my new 2016 car with an amazing warranty. I would recommend anyone to at least come see what the guys at NCAM can do for you! More
