I advise you read the negative reviews that are posted on here, we all have similar complaints. A relative of mine had purchased a vehicle from NCAuto with Ameer as the salesmen, it was a BIT of a smooth transaction (even though she was suckered in to coming for zero down and that wasn't the case at all) she was given one set of keys, interior damage that was not conversed about, and was not given her carfax until almost signing the finance documents (it also was not discussed with her when she first test drove the vehicle that it was in an accident) but Ameer did work the deal well, so she referred my boyfriend and I to purchase a vehicle. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IT IS ONLY ABOUT THE SELL WITH NCAUTO. MOST OF THE CARS ON THE LOT ARE JUNK VEHICLES. WE WERE LIED TO AND TOLD OUR VEHICLE WAS BASICALLY BRAND NEW, HAD ALL THESE SERVICE RECORDS DONE ETC. Weeks later car stalls on us, alternator issues, ac compression unit needs to be fixed, drive belt burnt out, tranny fluid had to be filled, literally TWO sheets worth of issues reported by a local auto shop. TRUST ME, MY RELATIVE IS NOW HAVING SIMILAR ISSUES WITH HER VEHICLE, THEY SELL JUNK CARS AND MARKET THEM AT A RELATIVELY LOW PRICE. Ameer doesn't even discuss the vehicle with you in detail like other salesmen because he knows its a trash vehicle that will break down on you, this place is no different from the other scam lots. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! I URGE YOU. WE HAVE ONLY HAD THIS VEHICLE FOR 2 MONTHS AND WE ARE ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF USING IT AS A TRADE IN OR GIVING IT BACK TO THE LIENHOLDER. SERIOUSLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.
