Be very careful I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. I guess I should have known better. Vehicles there are sold as is. The day of the purchase I had I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. I guess I should have known better. Vehicles there are sold as is. The day of the purchase I had to have them replace the headlight, this means they did not check the vehicle before placing on the lot. A day after I got the vehicle home the engine started with problems including a knocking from the upper part of the engine. I had the oil changed and the maintenance guy there said I should take it back. I'm scared to drive it and I now have it scheduled to go to the Ford garage. There were no extra keys provided. The finance person at the dealership said those come up missing a lot and the dealership did not offer to provide me with a new set. The left back passenger door will not show closed after opening and closing it many times, not allowing the vehicle to lock. The dealership did not provide me with a code to unlock the doors with the keypad. I tried to contact my salesman Ameer Azzam with no return phone calls. They have their money and I'm stuck. Take your chances buying a vehicle from this dealership and make sure you purchase a vehicle service contract. Good luck. More

When I first called to get info, he was right on it, if he would say I will call you with the details in an hour, he would call, even if there was no new details ( with credit app and all) he never left us waiting and wondering. When we went to finalize the deal he told us to be therebat 10:00 when they first open. we got there at 9:35, we sat in my vehicle and was waiting not thinking they were open yet, Michael came out and got us,(coffee made and all lol) I love my New Murano, the owner said I was the hardest customer to deal with ( I think heb was joking ) only 2 negative things...the sale papers were still glued to front windshield and for goodness sakes give customers more than a $7.00 gas card especially when the car is on empty. gas is cheap now treat the customers ?? lastly , gotta love DUTCH (finance guy)?? More

They offered my vehicle of choice at a price no one else could beat (I had been checking out competing prices for 5 months). Mike Mazur was very relaxed to work with. I felt no pressure at any time, just an offer to buy the vehicle if I liked it. I also got no pressure to have add-ons, although those options were offered if I was interested.
