Did not follow through with ENTIRE sales experience I am not a happy camper. I worked with Ameer on the purchase of a 2014 Hyundai Accent. I enjoy the vehicle and it fits my needs. The sale initially we I am not a happy camper. I worked with Ameer on the purchase of a 2014 Hyundai Accent. I enjoy the vehicle and it fits my needs. The sale initially went well with no hitches and Ameer seemed very helpful. When I discovered a noise coming from the rear when the breaks were applied after two weeks of driving, I contacted the service department for help. I did not feel a warm welcome from the service advisor at the desk. It seemed as if I was interrupting his day by asking him for an appointment for service. I was informed that it would take a week before anyone could look at my vehicle. I did not feel this was safe. When I contacted Ameer about this for help, wanting to escalate the matter through him to the Sales Manager, then owner if necessary, Ameer felt it wise to inform me that "I just sell cars, I don't service them and I am with someone else right now and can't assist you." I understand that dealerships and salesmen get busy throughout the day, but I felt this to be an non-caring comment. The deal had been done and commission pocketed. With money in pocket, I guess he felt it was okay to dish off the customer. As I feel that the sales experience goes hand in hand with service, financing and delivery-ONE PACKAGE, I don't feel that this has been an ideal experience for me. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone else. In my past experience purchasing vehicles, salesmen/women have always made sure that I understood they were with me from the beginning to the end of the sales cycle, which included ANYTHING associated with their location. This is not the case here and I feel that I have been slighted. Instead of trying to help me speak with management about the issue, Ameer felt it necessary to simply brush me off. More
