Before going to North Coast Auto Mall I had this preconceived idea that most car salesmen were sneaky and looking to rip you off, but that was not the case with Michael. He got me my car at a fair price and in record time. His help made the entire experience and process much easier. Everyone else at the dealership was great too; the atmosphere is friendly and personal and welcoming compared to the other place I went to. Also the kind folks in the body shop fixed a couple of dings on the used car I bought faster than I expected and without any hassle. But seriously, if you want a nice car at a fair price with excellent customer service, and you want to be treated like a human being rather than an easy commission check then go talk to Michael Mazur. Much much respect, I left happy. I had a really good experience. Mike Mazur was my salesman, he showed integrity while doing his job which helped especially because i'm young and a fi I had a really good experience. He was very honest and showed me the carfax before I even asked even though it had a minor accident on it. The Service was very quick, and smooth, and I would definitely recommend him. Only thing I would suggest is that their detail service was a little better. But overall great service. More
