Everyone I met was polite and patient, especially Michael Mazur. I never felt pressured or hassled. Michael treated me like I was his only customer that day, and I'm sure I was not. I went back a couple of days later to finish the paperwork and was treated with the same courtesy. All of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Even when I took a second test-drive and said I wanted the night to think about it, I never felt pressured. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
