Love my experience I have went to 2 dealerships before I went to Northcoast Mall and had Mike as my sales dealer. The first 1 wanted 4000 down the other said 2000 down b I have went to 2 dealerships before I went to Northcoast Mall and had Mike as my sales dealer. The first 1 wanted 4000 down the other said 2000 down but when Mike came to me and said a 1000 I couldn't believe it. I paid 500 the 1st day and came back after my check cleaned and paid the rest. He understood my needs and my wants out of a car and I told him what I needed and wanted vs him telling me. I was looking for an SUV but when I seen my Ford focus fusion and the miles compared the the SUV and that I can save on gas as well I couldn't let it pass me by. I test drove it and what female don't like a sunroof and even a blue tooth to feel safe driving without holding a phone in their hands while on the road. It's the best car I done had in years and looking forward to taking my family on a few short road trips in it. My children love it as well and it has plenty of back seat room for them. Thanks Mike I am spreading the word on how I was treated as a customer you was awesome and so nice to myself and fience as well. I really do appreciate your help. More

awful this salesman was RUDE to my husband after he bought a car and even cussed at him in text. I would be ashamed to treat one of my patients this way as this salesman was RUDE to my husband after he bought a car and even cussed at him in text. He is the rudest shadiest person ever and will add extra things to your loan such as gap and extended warranty then lie and say it cann ot be fixed. I am contacting the better business bureau and also the akron newspaper over this clown. Not to mention the car was not even prepped and ready we found receipts and house keys in this car after he knew my husband was coming to get the car, it was a nice car but very dirty inside. I have bought many cars and have never heard of this type of salesman. More

Well its at least nice to see some have had good service Well, as I get ready to file a BBB complaint, I figured I would read some reviews. I have had my car for two years...fought tooth and nail just to get repairs on the vehicle done that were discovered right after the test drive. (should of been my red flag to back out) Two years of perfect pay history with them, and I can get a response to an inquiry about re-financing with a lower interest rate, or trade in with money down to finance another car. The only time they were in contact with me is when their system lost my banking info, and they couldnt get the payment. I had to update my checking info with them. In April of 2015 I requested a "finance manager" review my info. I was told they would have someone call. Here we are nipping on the heels of Sept. 2015, still no call. Guess who just put a stop pay on all transaction to KGK Financial? (This guy) I will assume I get a call from someone real soon!!! More

I made inquiries into the service records for my car as well as the towing of the vehicle I was trading in. I didn't receive responses to my inquiries. as a result, I was informed today that I got a ticket for my car sitting on a residential street for an extended period of time. it really frustrates me purely because as of August 12th, I was no longer the owner of the vehicle. I had already signed it over. I finalized it by dropping off my title promptly Thursday afternoon, the 13th. today is the 24th. 11 days it's been, and I receive a text from someone else stating that the vehicle would be picked up. I wasn't even aware that it hadn't already been towed! I contact my friend to ask about it, and she tells me she found a ticket on the windshield. it's completely unacceptable to me. I will fight it, of course. it's ridiculous that I'd have to pay a fine or risk losing my license over something that was no longer my responsibility. even more upsetting that they wouldn't acknowledge what they've caused or that he wouldn't make any attempt to follow up or respond to me. the man texting me then states that he has been out of the country. well, that neither is a concern of mine. my business was handled. they should've handled theirs.
