A+ service!! My first contact was with Krissy! She made me feel at ease when I spoke with her on the phone. I explained to her that I filled bankruptcy, She collec My first contact was with Krissy! I explained to her that I filled bankruptcy, She collected all my information and said give me a few minutes let me make sure we can help you. 15 minutes went by and she said when would you like to come in. We set up a date and time. Nervous about going to a car dealership by myself, really not knowing what to expect. Then I meet Tony!! A++++++ salesman! He listened to what I wanted and understood my financial situation. He put me at ease and said don't worry I got you covered. Tony and jerry worked very hard to get me a good apr rate, and a car note that I could afford!! I'm a proud owner of a 2012 Ford Fusion ! Thanks for all your help!! More

The payments are reasonable and the car is amazing! Kayla was super nice to me on the phone and took care of all of my information before I even got there. I went in with low expectations due to past credit issues. I was immediately greeted by Tony Kapper who sat. Me down to discuss my situation. He was understanding and helpful. He immediately went to work on my behalf, he fought for my approval, he found me the perfect vehicle for my needs, and fought his superiors for the best deal for me. I am now the proud owner of a sweet 2014 Ford Escape with only 11,000 miles and an affordable payment. Tony offered to pick me up, take me home, and even spent time the next day to explain how to operate all the many options on my new car.
