Ameer (Mike) was very helpful and personable. He really worked with the finance department to get me the payment I was looking for, and the car had already been priced very competitively. The only thing I wish North Coast would've been able to do was get me a second key fob (I bought a vehicle that has smart entry, push-button start, remote start, etc.), but a second one didn't come included with the car when they bought it from the auction. I wish I would have asked that question before I agreed to their terms, but that was mostly my mistake. When I asked on the day I came to sign the papers and pick up the car, they were unwilling to purchase a second key fob for me. Like I said, I should have thought of that before I agreed. So, make sure if you go, you know exactly how many keys you are buying if you're getting a car with a fancy key fob. :) My car also didn't come with an owner's manual, but they agreed to send me one in the mail. Overall, I was very impressed with North Coast and Ameer's customer service. More

I got a car on 1,10,14 and it was I shop by the 1/18/2014, for trainie that I told was bad, and y'all did't believe me. Then y'all have it for three weeks and tell me y'all would give me a rental w 1/18/2014, for trainie that I told was bad, and y'all did't believe me. And was just gross. Then I tell y'all car still acting up you have me drive up there again got say there's . Nothing wrong and then I call y'all again and y'all informed me that Jim resin .so I take it back to ford per Chris because that's the deal we had with Jim . I goe to the beford store to talk to Leon only to sit for and hour n half to be told he not there. Leave because I'm in tears call my husband then I called back to talk to Allen for him to tell me Leon back yeah right . Driving car it jerk all the way home get my family to try n get a lil joy and car start jumping on highway . And that really when I said enough we could of been killed . And y'all so money hungry y'all didn't care so . I called the bbb on y'all plus a lawyer . Enough is enough I have been a great customer far as paying. But God will punish y'all n the founder because the money y'all use is called dirty money because your robbing people to get it . Service was great. Had parts in within a day after bringing in car. Backed up the vehicle warranty that came with perchase of car from their dealership with no issues. This dealership took advantage of a twenty year old who was buying a car for the first time, the blue book on the car is a little over 4000 dollars and they charged her 9000 dollars then on top of that the was buying a car for the first time, the blue book on the car is a little over 4000 dollars and they charged her 9000 dollars then on top of that they want 187.00 every two weeks for the car which is about 400 dollars a month for a 2003 car which makes this car eleven years old i mean it has a cassette . If this dealership is the stand up company it says it is then this need to be reconsidered! If nothing is done about this situation I will spend the rest of my time talking to anyone who will listen to my story this includes the media newspapers the BBB etc. More
