My salesperson, Mark, was absolute no-pressure, very laid back - perfect for me. Didn't seem to be pushing me one way or the other, and didn't make me feel like I was taking up his time. The finance group was wonderful - even called me back in a few days to say they had a better rate for me than was originally planned - what?? If you are looking for a used vehicle - take the time to visit them. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is that I went there after work (an hour drive) and they said there would be someone there to talk to, but they had all left by the time I got there. I am glad I went back. Love my Audi! More
