Painless.. We came in to try out a car, and met with Ceon Kelly. Great experience. He did a super job, very personable, soft spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ceon was not pushy and answered all of our questions, or got the answers. We drove several cars, and spent a lot of time looking, asking questions, and comparing with other places we'd been. Buyer Beware The prices offered are very attractive but you best know your vehicle when you shop. The vehicle I ultimately purchased had been involved in an accid The prices offered are very attractive but you best know your vehicle when you shop. The vehicle I ultimately purchased had been involved in an accident per the Carfax. We made numerous inquiries for details and were put off and never received an answer. We also inquired about a service done on the vehicle and we never received an answer as to what was serviced. The sales manager presented the payment numbers which included many add ones for various warranties. When I advised I wasn’t interested the sales manager was very put off and somewhat indignant. The dealership delivered a car that wasn’t fully charged as they apparently weren’t equipped to do that and we barely made it home on the available charge. In the end we got a good price on our car but the customer service was dismal. More
