Going the extra mile. I purchased a car from North Coast of Akron. The vehicle had some mechanical issues that I was not aware of when I purchased it as is. When I brought I purchased a car from North Coast of Akron. The vehicle had some mechanical issues that I was not aware of when I purchased it as is. When I brought these issues to my sales person Mike Mazur he immediately said they would take care of it. I was from out of town and needed to leave the car. North Coast provided me with a complimentary loaner which I drove home to PA. Mike and Jim at service were incredible keeping me informed through the whole process. There was also a clich in getting the title in a timely manner so I could get it registered in pa. A title company person said it would take 2-3 months. I made a call to Mike and received the title in 12 hours. AMAZING. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL COURTESY AND COMMITMENT TO SERVCE THAT I EXPERIENCED AT NORTH COAST OF AKRON. ASK FOR MIKE. HE IS THE BEST. More
