Worst experience ever! I wasted a whole week trying to get the car I really wanted they have lack of communication between their call center and their office the blame thing I wasted a whole week trying to get the car I really wanted they have lack of communication between their call center and their office the blame things on their employees being new I was working with my credit union on closing a deal and they sold the car without telling me I spent an entire day talking back and forth the call center managers employers and my bank for them to finally say at the end of the day the car is already been sold I'm so disappointed and all they can say is sorry. I took off work to make sure they had everything they needed and the whole day went by and no one thought to check and see if they still had the car. They head already sold it 2 days earlier and wasted my whole day giving me the run around on what they needed. I could have been had my car but they blamed it on a new employee. More
