Easy, no pressure buying process I found a car on the website on a weds, and went to take a look that evening. I was helped within minutes and was able to test drive a few vehicles. My mechanic looked it over and verified the car was solid. I had the vehicle for 24 hours at this point. Took it back to the dealer, asked them to replace a tire and they didn't hesitate.
