Great sale, bad service My original review was highly favorable. They were kind, helpful, and got my son in the car he wanted. This is where the good ended. The day we took home the car we noticed that the car was complaining of a low tire. We told North Coast about it immediately and they said they would take care of it. They still haven't My son went to get the car E-checked and just before we got it there, the engine light came on. Issue with the catalytic converter. We then found that the driver's side mirror has been permanently screwed into place and can't be adjusted. We took the car to be repaired by North Coast and they are refusing to fix any of it. They are blaming my son for all of it. Now, my son did come out to his car two weeks ago to a crushed rear bumper, but he is taking car of that himself. That damage has nothing to do with the tire, which we complained about on day one, or the issues with the catalytic converter, or the cheap repair they did on the side mirror. I suggest that you take your money elsewhere. These people do not honor their deals and do not care about their customers. More

I really like this particular person - Dave Perez Dave was the finance guy who dealt with my paperwork, took my certified check and walked me through all the papers for the state and the dealership. H Dave was the finance guy who dealt with my paperwork, took my certified check and walked me through all the papers for the state and the dealership. He did a great job. And at the end of it all, he made one significant mistake. He called me to apologize, acknowledging that the mistake was his and his alone and promptly set about fixing it I've been in business for over 55 years, and almost never seen such integrity.
