BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A CAR DEALERSHIP!!!! I'd been looking for a used Honda (Black) Touring for about a month when I came across North Coast Auto Mall. They are about 2 1/2 hrs. away so I was I'd been looking for a used Honda (Black) Touring for about a month when I came across North Coast Auto Mall. They are about 2 1/2 hrs. away so I was hesitant to make the journey. Well I'm sure glad I did!!! They had EXACTLY what I was looking for!!!! After going to other dealerships in my area, I was dreading another pressured dealership!!! BOY WAS I SURPRISED!!!! NO PRESSURE, NO PUSHING, EVERYTHING WAS READY WHEN I GOT THERE!!!! I dealt with Emily!!! OMG.....SHE'S WONDERFUL!!! Not pushy, very nice and explained everything about the car I was interested it. She had it ready for a test drive!!! (another dealership I waited 1 1/2 hrs to finally get a test drive!!!). Then Joe came over to negotiate a price. I gave him a price and he said NO and actually offered me a LOWER PRICE!! WAS I DREAMING?????? He is so professional and made my experience exceptional!!!! And then Jonah took care of the finance papers and made sure to go over everything and insured I understood everything!!!! Joe even gave me $$$ to pay for my tolls coming and going!!!!! THANK YOU JOE!!!! I just can't find the words to express what a FABULOUS, STRESS FREE experience this was!!!! THANK YOU EMILY, JOE & JONAH!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! Michael Mazur is the guy you should go to, this guy is amazing and we stayed in contact a week before about every other day planning this all out. he goes above & beyond and will for you too. Jim the service manager is absolutely amazing too, he helped me out with something i requested and did it no problem no questions asked. Purchased Nissan Altima After looking around, best deal I could find on a Nissan Altima. Relaxed atmosphere, they don't waste a lot of money on a fancy showroom. Updated After looking around, best deal I could find on a Nissan Altima. Relaxed atmosphere, they don't waste a lot of money on a fancy showroom. Updated 3/20/19: When test driving the Altima, I noticed that a warning light came on for the AEB (Automatic Emergency Breaking) system. They had told me that the car had been a rental and had been involved in an accident. They allowed me to take it to a dealer to have the car checked out before the sale was finalized. I took it to a Nissan dealer, and they found that in addition to the AEB sensor not working, the car was missing a couple of panels like the lower front splash shield, and they quoted me around $2000 for them to do the repairs. Well I really liked the car and it was at a great price, so not having worked with North Coast Auto mall before I was prepared to try to fight them to have the repairs done. I found out that no fight was necessary. They asked to see a copy of the invoice from the dealer, then they ordered and installed the panels, sent it to a nearby Nissan dealer who overnighted a new sensor and installed and calibrated it, all at no additional charge to me. Now my car is back to like new condition and I couldn't be happier or more impressed with North Coast's Auto Mall's service. More
