Just one chance needed I had been to most all other lenders, dealers, finance places and ones in between, but no one would ever give me the one chance I needed to prove my w I had been to most all other lenders, dealers, finance places and ones in between, but no one would ever give me the one chance I needed to prove my worthiness until I came in for one last shot and they helped me. My credit was bad I was trying to make it better but I was homeless I didn't know where else to go I need a car and have been taken from me when I try to help somebody better their life and in the meantime I ended up without a vehicle and homeless and without friends and family all because of misinformation that destroyed my world. But I had my kids, I just wasn't able to go to them or their games or dances and that caused more devastation. I needed a job but there was really only about three places I could apply at since I would have to walk, and winter was coming again. I also had really bad credit and had never in 43 years owned a credit card. No one wanted to help me, I was all alone and no one to turn to so I finally just pushed and pushed got a good job and through 5feet of snow and ice and rain and blistering cold back and forth I went to and from. I started to cry when they told me they could help me and I was afraid to say more then two words because if I did I felt everything would fall away and disappear. They have no idea how much they have given me by giving me my freedom back and a chance to better myself and show that they made the right choice. More

A bad day, completely turned around! Today when I woke up I did not plan on coming into North coast automall to purchase a vehicle. On the way to do our daily run, we broke down. The first place we thought to go, because of not being able to go without a vehicle was North coast. When we arrived we we're greeted by a nice gentlemen, who than turned us over to Marcus. Marcus was very patient with us as the process went along. As anyone would expect in the car buying process, it took awhile. Marcus made sure to ask if we needed anything, kept us updated on the process and was great in conversation! Thanks again Marcus for all of your help!! More
