A bad day, completely turned around! Today when I woke up I did not plan on coming into North coast automall to purchase a vehicle. On the way to do our daily run, we broke down. The first place we thought to go, because of not being able to go without a vehicle was North coast. When we arrived we we're greeted by a nice gentlemen, who than turned us over to Marcus. Marcus was very patient with us as the process went along. As anyone would expect in the car buying process, it took awhile. Marcus made sure to ask if we needed anything, kept us updated on the process and was great in conversation! Thanks again Marcus for all of your help!! More

Rep sell you a car while another rep sells the same car I live out of state. Their website encourages buyers to do business online. I set my eyes on a 2016 Ford Fusion and was told it was available. I allow I live out of state. Their website encourages buyers to do business online. I set my eyes on a 2016 Ford Fusion and was told it was available. I allowed my credit to be pulled and approved for the purchase. Unbeknown to me, the same vehicle was sold by a different representative. I was told that there was another Fusion for roughly the same price but had twice the miles on it. I know there’s always the possibility of two people looking at the same vehicle but I wasn’t given the opportunity to place a deposit on it nor did the finance manager hold off on pulling my credit while the other buyer was looking at the vehicle. Now I have 2 inquiries on my credit which lowers my score (yes, scores do drop if a bureau is pulled too many times). I was told the reason why it was sold to someone else is because priority is given to customers that are on site to buy a vehicle. This could have been addressed by allowing me to put a deposit on the vehicle. If that’s how this dealer values out of town customers, so be it. I’m buying local from now on. More

Very Poor salesman. Emily started off very helpful on the first call. After that her communications became almost nonexistent.
